The pricing, explained line by line

03 / Pricing · in depthback to the scroll ↙︎

One retainer, $3,000 a month, everything included — currently a discounted rate for the whole system. This page explains what's inside the number, how à la carte engagements work, and how to think about the math.

What the retainer covers

Everything the engine produces: 8–12 short-form posts a month in your voice, two long-form pieces each prepared for LinkedIn, your website, and your newsletter, extraction calls every two to three weeks, the always-on idea log, the conversation playbook with lead flagging, and the monthly review. The foundation month — voice extraction, profile rebuild, buyer-question map — is included, not extra.

Why one price

The system works best whole: short-form without long-form makes you known but never trusted; long-form without short-form gets read but never found. So the retainer is one price for the whole engine — month to month, and you own everything we write.

À la carte and project options

Not everyone needs the full engine on day one. À la carte engagements are available at separate pricing — long-form answer content on its own, a one-off project with a defined scope, or higher volume than the standard retainer. Tell us what you're after in the audit and we'll scope it honestly, including telling you if we think it's the wrong starting point.

How to think about the math

$3,000 a month is a fraction of what even a junior in-house marketer costs — and the engine ships senior writing every week from day one, while the asset it builds belongs to you. The real comparison is the cost of staying invisible: every month your buyers' questions go unanswered in public, someone else's answer is the one they find.

Why we publish the price

Because it's the first question every buyer asks, and hiding it builds the wrong kind of suspense. We ask our clients to answer the hard questions in public — cost included. It would be strange not to do it ourselves.
